Genos assessments benchmark
behaviors in two ways:
1. Against global research: Genos evaluates how participants or teams’ demonstrated emotional intelligence compares to a global benchmark.
2. Against the organization’s unique expectations: Genos measures how participants or teams’ demonstrated EI measures against the level of Importance of the competencies and behaviors as rated by their colleagues.
