"Whole-Person" Coaching Process




Before beginning a coaching journey with a client, it is important to determine if we have a mutual fit and respect of my guiding principles. Clients should have an interest and willingness to learn and grow, be honest and forthcoming, follow agreed timelines and commitments, always do your best and enjoy the journey! You will benefit from a customized coaching approach that can take place in person, virtually, or a combination that best suits you.


No two people are the same, and no two coaching engagements are the same. Taking a wholistic coaching approach acknowledges that there are no clear lines between personal and professional development. With one-on-one personalized coaching sessions, goals and areas of improvement are tailored to your individual strengths, challenges, and opportunities for the most impactful results. My process is centered on your growth, combining heightened awareness with tangible actions to create measureable results. 


This GROW model leads to self-discovery, development, and transformation that’s proven effective. We'll build upon the fundamental level to help you become aware of your specific behaviors and patterns of thinking that are holding you back from reaching your full potential.

Transitioning from awareness to action takes dedication from both sides of our team. We'll co-create a plan with intended outcomes, design creative and effective ways to approach workplace or life challenges, and steer you toward new opportunities.

Aligning Goals and Objectives

At the start of the engagement, we'll define the partnership’s overall goals and direction. You'll establish your personal and/or professional objectives for the coaching engagement. Alignment lays a strong foundation for what each party can expect from the partnership and acts as a starting point for the your progress.


Assessment and Plan Development

After alignment, we'll administer a leadership or personality assessment that right for you.  This unique, highly effective analysis works to examine the your skills, habits, and interpersonal and leadership styles. As coach and client, we'll use the feedback gathered from the assessment to craft a plan that will address the goals determined during alignment with measurable, intended outcomes.


Results-Driven Action Plan Implementation and Accountability

After feedback from the assessment is collected and the action plan is formed, we'll meet in on-going sessions (as we determine) in order to implement your strategies and address your targeted improvement areas.

During this period of development and change, you'll receive the perspective you need to work through your current patterns and interactions and realize what works and what doesn’t.



To "be the best you," real transparent change involves a 

deep dive and evaluating the underlying motivates for your pattern of thinking, which serves as the key to lasting behavioral change. You'll truly experience greater self-awareness and have access to life opportunities that were once hidden. Experience the "aha" moments and establish tangible shifts in behavior, which will be evident in the new results you achieve.

And finally, we'll celebrate your results and victories!
