While some people require executive, leadership, or life coaching, others desire to go deeper in their faith and spirituality.  If so, then Bruce A. Thomas' Christian and Ministry Coaching will be the right fit for you.  Life coaching is, in general terms, the process of coming along side someone and helping them identify where they are, where they want to be and how to get there. Bruce A. Thomas' Christian and Ministry Coaching takes that concept and moves it into the light of Scripture and frames it in a Christian worldview.

Based on the concept that God has a plan for your life and is eager to enable you to live it, Bruce A. Thomas Coaching will partner with you to discovery that plan and encourage you as you flesh it out.

 

You'll look forward and will be encouraged to develop strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving dreams; and draw what God has given you out where you can use it.

I go to church regularly. Why would I need a Christian coach?

Church is critical and necessary to our growth as Christians. However, there can be a disconnect between what we are taught, and the application of that knowledge to our unique circumstances. Bruce A. Thomas’ Christian Coaching is not about telling you what to do or teaching you new concepts. It is a relationship dedicated to listening to you, and believing with you that God will show up and bring His power to bear on your life, enabling you to fulfill the purpose for which He created you.

CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP FOR LIFE (CLFL) Workshops Available!

 

At home, work, church, and in our community, we all assume a leadership role in some aspect of life. Christian Leadership for Life workshops are the right choice for your group! CLFL is a customized Christian leadership development curriculum using a dynamic, thought-provoking, fun-filled approach to link the three domains of leadership, discipleship, and followership.  We’ll examine Scriptures and use modern-day examples to study what Christian leaders should know (leadership basics); what Christian leaders should be (leadership qualities); and what Christian leaders need to do (leadership competencies) to grow and be transformed into better Christian leaders and the image of Jesus Christ.  This curriculum provides “competency-based” instruction blocks designed to develop and sustain Christian leaders to manage effectively in increasingly complex environments (i.e. work, home, community, church).
